Integration of Sophos EDR and Sophos XDR into a single offering
We are integrating Sophos EDR and Sophos XDR into a single offering. Intercept X Advanced with EDR will become Intercept X Advanced with XDR. Intercept X Advanced for Server with EDR will become Intercept X Advanced for Server with XDR. There are no changes to pricing and Standard Sophos Data Lake will be increased from 7 days to 30 days of historical data. Customers will be automatically upgraded on July 10. Read more
Introducing Sophos Intercept X Essentials and Sophos Intercept X Essentials for Server
Sophos Intercept X Essentials (CIXE) and Sophos Intercept X Essentials for Server (SVRCIXE) now available for purchase. These new licenses are aimed at small organizations and are the best protection for a company that doesn’t require full control and management capabilities. They do not include: app control, web control, peripheral control, DLP, threat cases or controlled updates. If they require multiple policies or control capabilities, choose instead Intercept X Advanced/Intercept X Advanced for Server or higher. Read more
The end of sale of Sophos Central Endpoint Protection and Sophos Central Server Protection for new customers
Sophos Central Endpoint Protection and Sophos Central Server Protection are now End of Sale for new customers. Existing customers can renew their subscriptions until the migration date (second half 2021) when they will be automatically migrated to Intercept X Advanced or Intercept X Essentials. Read more
Extended Support for Windows 8.1, Server 2012 and Server 2012 R2 for Endpoint and Server
A single support package for endpoint and server products is now available. Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2 are being added to Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. Extended support end date of operating systems is the same, but some start dates are different. Ensure you price for the quantity required and from the required date. Read more

This is due to significantly increased demand and component shortages, which impact our ability to continue manufacturing this product.
